Location has perfect potencial but staff do not care about it. Price was good. Breakfast ok
Manager do not answer on text. His attitute was boring. We have broken heating which is doesnt matter in summer but from heating liquing water and staff try to fix but without any apology or answer do not fix. Apartment wasnt equipment well. Water in pool was dirty

The location is fabulous. Situated in a gorgeous valley nearby Gubbio, the hills and the views from the facility are breathtaking. The green areas and gardens on the site are well organised and offer plenty of space to find peace and quiet and shade on hot days. The pool and sun loungers area are no longer brand new but still functional and very convenient on summer days. The apartment we stayed in was refurbished fairly recently and it came with an electric hobs, oven, and fridge.
It wouldn't be fair to be too hard on the current management as they have just taken over the facility and they seem determined to make a good go of it. They are doing the best they can after the previous owner neglected the place somewhat. That said, the place currently lacks the efficiency that it is expected in this kind of accommodation. It willl take some time before everything clicks into place at Coldimolino but once that's achieved it will be much sought after as its charm is simply unique.
